Munnar Tour Itinerary

Day 1

ARRIVAL & MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING

Upon arrival at Ernakulam Railway Station in the morning, a private vehicle will transfer you to Munnar (approximately 130 km, 4-hour drive). En route, visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, enjoy a guided tour of a spice plantation, and take in the scenic beauty of the tea gardens. After reaching Munnar, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, visit Pothamedu Viewpoint for a panoramic sunset view at phantom hills, followed by an exploration of Munnar town and the local market. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

BOSE PEAK JEEP SAFARI & MUNNAR SIGHTSEEING

Early in the morning, depart at 4:30 AM for the Bose Peak Jeep Safari, an off-road adventure to the world’s highest tea plantation, located at 7,900 feet. Witness a spectacular sunrise with panoramic views of the Tamil Nadu and Kerala borders. Visit the Kolukkumalai Tea Factory for a guided tour and tea tasting experience. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, continue exploring Munnar’s key attractions, including Mattupetty Dam and Boating, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, Elephant Park (optional elephant ride), and Blossom Park. After sightseeing, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

MUNNAR TO ERNAKULAM & DEPARTURE

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin the return journey to Ernakulam. En route, visit the Tea Museum for insights into tea processing and Attukad Waterfalls for a scenic break. Arrive at Ernakulam Railway Station for your onward journey, concluding the trip with beautiful memories.
